Do I need technical skills?
No. Just paste one script tag into your site — that works on Plus (€30/month or €200/year) and Pro (€65/month or €390/year). Both are self-serve.
What happens after 100 free conversations?
The assistant pauses until the next month, or you can upgrade to Plus for 1,000 conversations/month, embed on your own site, and WhatsApp alerts.
Can I change the colors of the assistant?
Yes — on every plan. We pick the colors up from your website if you have one, and you can set them yourself in Settings.
Does it work with my website?
WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Next.js, Squarespace, Wix, and most static or custom sites — one script tag covers all of them.
Do I own the leads the assistant captures? Can I export them?
Yes — every lead is yours, delivered to your inbox (Free) or your dashboard (Plus / Pro). Export as CSV anytime; we don't train on your data, and we don't sell it.
How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It auto-detects the visitor's language and replies in it — typically 30+ languages out of the box (the underlying model handles detection + reply natively; we don't ship a hard-coded list because the runtime supports anything the model can speak). No extra configuration.
What if the assistant can't answer — does it hand off to me?
Yes. When a question is outside the assistant's training or the visitor asks for a human, the assistant captures their contact details and pings you on WhatsApp so you can take over.
Can I see what people asked the assistant?
Yes — Plus and Pro show every conversation in the dashboard: the question, the assistant's answer, and any leads captured. Filter by source (where the chat started) or status (open, resolved, escalated).
